Shoppers will find the area’s best prices on gently used clothing, shoes and accessories for the whole family, furniture, appliances, housewares, decorative art, jewelry and more. And they’ll experience the rewards of knowing the money they spend will help families with children lift themselves out of homelessness.

Donations of useable, saleable items are accepted at the back door, 10 a.m. to noon Monday through Wednesday. Proceeds from the sale of donated items fund Family Renew Community's mission. Donated household items furnish all 32 of our apartments for homeless families with children. Our resident families also receive complimentary shopping for clothes, shoes and personal items.

Family Renew Community's Secret Attic Thrift Store has a very small staff and depends on volunteers. Four-hour shifts are open for cashiers and volunteers to help in receiving merchandise, sorting, pricing, hanging, straightening shelves and racks and assisting customers.

Family Renew Community provides housing, but more importantly helps homeless parents on a path toward supporting their families in places on their own. We also help struggling families avoid homelessness.
